Returns & Refunds Policy
Products returned for any reason must be in pristine condition with all original packing in tact. In order to return goods you must first contact us with the order number to email@example.com and return the products within 14 days from receipt of products. Due to COVID-19 we have extended our returns policy to 4 weeks. We do not cover return costs, this will be to be paid for by the buyer.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
